- Founding Member survey responses, product interests, sizing-kit preferences, and shipping city/country.
- Technical and attribution data, including page visits, referring pages, campaign parameters, session identifiers, and interactions with site controls.
- Communication preferences and consent records.
How we use information
We use information to operate the Founding Member program, evaluate customer demand, improve products and messaging, respond to requests, coordinate sizing kits, provide requested updates, measure campaign performance, prevent abuse, and maintain the security of our systems.
Service providers
We may use service providers that process information for us, including Supabase for production data, Vercel for website hosting, HubSpot for CRM backup, Klaviyo for lifecycle email, and Resend for transactional email. Their handling of information is governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Marketing communications
We send marketing updates only when you provide consent. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Transactional messages about a request may still be sent when necessary to complete it.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and system security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent by contacting us. California residents may also request information about applicable privacy rights. We do not sell personal information for money.
Children
AxonRing.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
