These Terms govern your use of AxonRing.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Validation program

AxonRing.com currently supports product research, Founding Member registration, waitlists, and sizing-kit requests. Submitting a form does not place an order, charge a payment method, guarantee inventory, reserve a product, or create a promised delivery date.

Product information

Line A is passive programmable NFC jewelry. It has no battery, GPS, display, or health sensors and does not perform card-terminal payments. Compatibility, scan position, automation behavior, NFC writer support, locking features, materials, finishes, water resistance, availability, and final specifications may vary and will be confirmed before purchase.

Research products

AxonRing Sense and other sensor concepts are research initiatives, not products currently offered for sale. Waitlist participation does not guarantee development, regulatory clearance, specifications, pricing, or launch.

Sizing kits and offers

Sizing kits and Founding Member benefits are subject to availability and eligibility. Any final product price, shipping charge, return policy, warranty, and delivery estimate will be shown before a purchase is completed.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal information, or use AxonRing to store passwords, private keys, or other sensitive data on an unlocked NFC tag.

Intellectual property

AxonRing names, logos, site design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to AxonRing Holdings Group LLC and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

The site may link to third-party services, applications, or websites. AxonRing does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and validation program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AxonRing does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that preliminary product information will remain unchanged.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AxonRing Holdings Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the validation program develops. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
